TEACh

TEACh (Transformative Evidence-based Approaches in ChemEd) supports effective pedagogy in Chemistry by hosting journal clubs and workshops. In journal clubs, we focus on one recent paper in the Chemistry Education literature. In workshops, we co-develop teaching strategies, assignments, or other tangibles. Instructors, teaching assistants, and students are all welcome to attend whether they are currently teaching chemistry or not. Topics range from AI use in the chemistry classroom to alternative grading, and we are always happy to receive suggestions for topics or articles. For more information or for suggestions, please contact Sarah Hansen ([email protected]), Talha Siddiqui ([email protected]), Chris Eckdahl ([email protected]), or Iris Mercer ([email protected]).
