Whether or not you choose to major in chemistry, Columbia’s Department of Chemistry provides a host of opportunities for undergraduate students to participate in department life, from challenging coursework to The Chandler Society to its independent research program. The Department of Chemistry maintains a listserv to keep its undergraduate students apprised of events and seminars that are of special interest to them.
